The legs of this carbon tripod consist of 3 segments and therefore it reaches an impressive working height of 160.5 centimeters. When the legs are fully retracted, it is still no taller than 73.5 centimeters and therefore this tripod is also perfect for traveling.

With a maximum working height of 159 centimeters, the Leofoto LS-284C belongs to the medium-sized tripods in the Ranger Series. Because the legs are somewhat thicker than those of the entry-level Rangers, the 284C offers even more stability. The folded length is 53 centimeters and the 284C weighs about 1.4 kilograms including the LH-30 ball head. The minimum working height of this tripod is only 14.5 centimeters.
