This Cinema 82mm Rotating Allure Streak Orange 2mm Filter from NiSi is a special effects filter designed to render a single light ray from a point light source. It features a series of etched lines spaced 2mm apart, which run across the filter surface. The filter creates the effect of elongated orange streaks horizontally from the light source usually seen when using an anamorphic lens, but it can be used on almost any conventional lens. This filter has a rotating ring, so when the filter is rotated the orientation of the light ray can be adjusted to suit the composition or desired effect. The filter is constructed from clear optical-grade glass and an aluminum filter ring.
